Broad question but i would say it is pretty neutral with highs and lows. I am an LDP so experiences differ between job roles and locations, so it's hard to rate Textron as a whole. I would say experiences are average with salary and benefits. LDP provides good growth and visibility.

Compared to other benchmarking companies, we fall short from a compensation standpoint

Receiving positive feedback from my manager or higher ups on a job well done. It goes a long way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small team, so it is easy to be close with everyone. I enjoy the leadership of my director.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The addition of the 9/80 work schedule was a great motivator for a more flexible work schedule with still keeping people in the office.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think in this day in age, for a company as large as Textron, benefits need to be reviewed and improved. As an early career professional, I see a lot of my peers leaving for companies that offer better salary, benefits, and more flexible working conditions. I do appreciate the flexibility of 9/80.
