Our office has a gym facility which allows for people to take time out of their day to meet others and destress.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think in general I am not enthusiastic about the work I am doing on a daily basis. You can also tell a lot of people here are stressed and unmotivated to do their work which brings down morale.
