How supportive everyone is, even the people that aren't on your team

I like that Julie Duffy really gets to know everyone in her department.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing is wrong, but I wouldn't say I'm excited going to work. More content than excited.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have different personalities and bring something new to the table. Collaboration is easy and new ideas are welcomed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation hasn't been adjusted since inflation has sky rocketed. It was fine when I started because the economy was different. If cost of living is increasing, compensation needs to as well, especially with the job market being so open and being able to make 10 grand more at other companies.
