They are good at attending meetings. They love to eat. They are loyal to the business, for now.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Mostly ..Conducting business truthfully. She hired someone who has another family member in the same BU and lies about it. This family members higharchy is unethical and illegal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager has favoritism within my team. Hiring her best friend. Working unethically. Plus the college reimbursement here is a sad for the area. It's like Corp doesn't understand the job competition for the dfw location.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Manager is working unethically illegal. My manager hired her bf. My manager gets promoted to Sr off the employees wk. HR is rarely here and accessible. My mngr has meetings around me with topics I handle. My manager hired a supervisor without training them. So the employees have to train supervisor.
