Our leadership team has made an effort in recent years to prioritize better work/life balance amongst the employee population.

My team is authentic- I know the people in my organization care about my life inside and outside of the job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company encourages us to get involved in employee resource groups and other activities that help me feel more connected to people at work outside of my direct function.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have great coworkers and perks to going into the office. We have a fully equipped gym with trainers who host fitness classes daily and my manager supports my participation. There is also great local business near our office for coffee breaks, lunch, and happy hours.
What makes you most happy at work?
We have a lot of perks of being in office, such as engagement events with provided lunch and breaks throughout the day to get together with other people who dont sit in the same function as me. We also have a gym with instructors who put on free fitness classes over the lunch hour.
