It started out great. As employees left, were laid off or fired, they were not replaced and those of us left had to pick up their work. Many of us are doing jobs not in our job description.

Been here a long time. Have seen benefits dwindle, good people forced out, not good workers kept and promoted, and every person in our department give the work of 2, 3, 4 or more people who were not replaced.

Everyone is willing to pitch in and help with anything

Being right downtown with all the restaurants, theater and the arts.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Just more work than one person can do in 5 days and now we have one day less every 2 weeks. I currently have 4 person's jobs.

That is what this survey is supposed to determine. Having one person doing 3-5 people's jobs just burns everyone out and makes it hard to replace them when they do.
