Ive had a great experience. Textron has allowed me to grow my career by moving to different places and working in different positions. Coworkers have always been great. There have been some challenges of not agreeing with leadership But this always pushes me to become a manager.

Seems like they have their stuff put together. Julie is extremely approachable.

Tuition assistance is great. I liked the bonus at TSV come merit time. Provides a little more incentive.

Our team gets along well. I feel like people are welcoming with new people and happy to talk about life.

I dont know much about them. I like how personable Julie is. They keep Textron very profitable and seems like they encourage innovation
