we have a very wide range of employees from various cultures and backgrounds, which makes a good mix
There are a few wonderful employees, too bad they come and go so quickly sometimes, you don't get to know them very well. They see the tone and either learn quickly to be quiet or just quit.

I liked all the people and managed to hammer out something of a little team identity, but management did and does not recognize such things nor do they do their part to foster such important relationships. It was a total free-for-all.
