I'm vested to get pension, but that's no longer offered to new employees.

It was straightforward. I got to meet others I would work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do try to get out "among the masses" to learn how things are going first hand.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's most positive. There are some physicians who can be difficult, but overall, the culture is supportive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be more flexibility with the work day and more opportunities for advancement within my department.
