For the staffing agency that I work through, I enjoy the team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire staff that actually work, promoting in house rather than hiring new staff. Fix the machines properly so the work correctly. Train the managers who push production over quality to handle their interaction with staff better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The ones who actually work as a team make the day worth working. However, the other staff who don't create an uncomfortable work environment thus making it difficult to want to wake up at 3am to go to work for a 12 hour shift.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm cross trained to do several positions, first. Second, the workers who don't preform well create an uncomfortable work environment. Third, the equipment malfunctions and blaming the workers is unacceptable. Forth, no concerns for people enrolled in school to support their needs.
