Our plant is so short staffed every day that EVERY person on all 3 shifts are getting forced to work 12 hour days for 12 days straight. Hr reports that we are fine on staffing. Employees are either forced to work the over time or they are given points. Long term employees have found other jobs!

There is very little good here.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Its bias. Front office clicky
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Shut lines down if we dont have people! Stop making everyone do 2-3 jobs to hit numbers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hr has started hiring people from a temp agency who have felons and ankle bracelets. The quality of help is horrible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have lived through covid with barely any benefits to coming to work. New hires are getting bonuses! No appreciation shown from management!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Theres no help from leadership to fix issues. They turn their heads at how short staffed we are. They just want their numbers hit!
