The bonus structure is really competitive

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We need to plan our projects better and stick with the original plan. The PMO is very weak.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company needs to stop dismissing unrealistic workloads, provide realistic funding to projects and provide a formal development plan for employees.
