It's a dreadful place to work communication lacking between leads and workers he are bullies now he rep in garland factory very disrespectful and only want you to focus on working at kraft and nothing else

Better leadership and better hr workers should have rights and communication should be better employees should not feel bullied and unappreciated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work hard whereas others are not most employes at kraft have to overwork to take up the slack of lazy workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My line sticks together doing eventhough most of the time what they ask us to do is unfair just to make a certain amount of numbers daily
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding the need of proper communication and a better hr for the workers in understanding worker issues plus understanding that family issues should be considered home life should be separate from work life.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Let the worker know before hand what to expect and be truthful about it rules that are being changed should be signed by the employee and that employee should know about changes before the change happen
What are some of the best things about your team?
We stick together and help each other out because of poor leadership and lack of talent from the lead poor communication people force to do overtime through sweating and sick plus placed in positions that is unfair due to putting to much work and responsibilities on the lines
