What makes you most happy at work?Seeing our patients with a smile on their face because of us
What are some of the best things about your team?Respect, helpful, team players, building relationships
What is the best part about your compensation package?generous & considerate. valuing for long / short term
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? It's not that I feel undervalued, I said I'm not getting paid enough because with prices going up its hard to be able to afford rent / car insurance / other bills that are necessary. I feel like $20.00 for the FOA's would be manageable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? For the work I've been doing. I firmly believe that I and many employees in the company deserve better compensation as we are a specialty practice. There are fast food chains with better pay rates than what TOI is paying their employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Firstly, I do enjoy working at TOI. The patients and co-workers are amazing. My personal compensation has always been an issue because I did take a significant pay cut when taking this position. My length of experience, I feel, would have afforded me a better hourly wage.
