My experience at Ri has been amazing and I cannot see myself working anywhere else.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed meeting, and speaking to, a number of people from different roles and seniority levels across the organization, including globally. This gave me a lot of insight into the company, its leadership, direction, and how I would fit into that equation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have different experience and ways of doing things, yet the environment is collaborative and welcoming of different ideas and approaches. We are individuals but all pushing towards the same goal together as a team. We win as a team and celebrate everyone's successes as team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most about the leadership team here at Ri is that they truly care about the employees and making sure that Ri is a place that we enjoy coming to work everyday. That this is a place where we will be included, challenged, inspired, rewarded, and heard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are doing great things for our clients and having fun while doing it. There is great energy and excitement in the office, which makes it a place that you want to be. I wake up everyday excited about going into the office and working with my colleagues and our clients.
What makes you most happy at work?
I believe the work we are doing for our clients is making a difference for them and helps them do their jobs better. To have a positive impact on the world and how organizations are run and what they focus their values on. I love feeling like I have an impact on the success of Ri and our clients.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It would be nice if there was an opportunity to earn, or buy, equity in the company. We are all working so hard to grow the company, it would be great to have that sense of ownership be real with an actual stake in the company, that may pay out one day if the company goes public or gets acquired.
