We all feel like we are working for a higher purpose.

CEO shares clearly and openly the strategy of the company, everybody is behind it. We have a diverse group of people all committed to supporting the strategy. There is a sense of ownership, helps with cross department relations and collaboration. This is the platform for a great culture.

The conversations were honest, good depiction of the real work and client engagements, linked my experience with the work to be done and I was able to have multiple touchpoints in the process which meant lots of opportunity to ask questions. The case study presentation was manageable.
