RepTrak has a long history of commitment to ESG, Citizenship and Sustainability.
As a company, we focus on helping organizations do and say the right thing by their stakeholders. We help others learn and get better at ESG, and we have invested heavily over the years in building products and offerings that support these goals.
As employees and individuals, we are passionate about making a positive impact in our communities and the world.
Since its founding, RepTrak has supported various Citizenship and Sustainability activities, including extensive collaborations with academia, supporting research efforts, providing free access to the data to select academic institutions, working with the non-profit sector, supporting good causes. In addition, RepTrakers have always been a group that is passionate about volunteerism, and many have volunteered in local communities either individually or together with colleagues.
In 2019, the company took the next step by launching a program that directly encouraged employees to take local sustainability action and supported these actions with a dedicated Citizenship budget.
