The people. I never have a bad interaction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open and fun environment. Very friendly people. Strong commitment to Diversity across the organization
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very open and collaborative and Reptrak is a fun place to work. Co-workers tend to be open to new ideas and it's an easy place to connect and push projects forward.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that the compensation is very fair for the role and my responsibilities and love the benefits. Vacation is generous and encouraged by our senior leadership. Leadership is also open to paying out a portion of the employees bonuses even during the pandemic
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was well structured and I was able to showcase my skills and had plenty of time to get my questions answered. HR was very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure that I was kept up to date. The interview teams were honest and up front about successes and challenges
