What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a very good mix of leaders with different skills. Once they agree on goal they move fast to get it to market.

There is no micromanagement, if you get your work done nobody questions you about anything. The leadership takes genuine interest in peoples career and helps them grow in their roles.

Practice what you preach! Authenticity is a core valu. Follow all of the company's core values rather than using it as a feel good prop.

Pay and equity are definitely the best part of the compensation package

I think we’re fairly compensated. A bonus wouldn’t hurt..

My team is higly diverse and it’s always fun to learn about their history.

Every member in the team is very self dependent and mostly figures things out on their own but if someone requires any help, they always jump in to help each other.

Culture norms come from the top. When they are true to their values, coworkers will get the idea that it's not everyone for themselves.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We thrive to create a positive environment while being able to stay focus and achieve our goals. It's really hard to maintain, we don't achieve it every week but I have to say we do do a pretty good job at it overall.

I've been working here for a little over 2 years and I feel like everyday has been a new learning experience. I've been challenged with new technologies and tasks on a daily basis and that keeps me excited and motivated
