Good communication skills, Hardworking, Leadership skills and Punctuality

The team is invested in listening and taking action when employees make suggestions for improvements in systems and efficiencies.

They are nice and helpful.

The best in the world

Passionate and Caring. Highly motivating

Open and transparent. Very much employee friendly

None , no inconsistency , lack of close supervision some that work good did not notice , but mostly retain are the lazy one . And rhose that good attitude and hardworking are the one being fired .

We meet weekly and discuss all business issues openly and honestly and everyone on the team participates and contributes to our mission.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Keeping and appreciating the good employees they have. Following thru with promises made

Motivating employees, communication, providing adequate training for new hires, creating a better work environment.

Better communication. Several are not vested, just using position as a stepping stone. Certain team members are very cliquish. Current Finance leader is very poor at communicating results and relevant data. Corporate Operations consumes plant leadership time with requests that do little to help

There communication skill are lacking

Buying parts to keep a forge shop running. Properly maintain a forge and machine shop. Continuous waste of money on modifications that don't work. Don't know what these people are thinking or if they are capable of thinking. Place has continually gotten worse

Focus on real order intake instead of busy in politics and stop to keep on trying of recognition from board member or regional leadership

Communication,listening to employees, valuing employees
