Out of 87 ThyssenKrupp employee reviews, 65% were positive. The remaining 35% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping ThyssenKrupp improve their work culture.
Keeping and appreciating the good employees they have. Following thru with promises made
Motivating employees, communication, providing adequate training for new hires, creating a better work environment.
Better communication. Several are not vested, just using position as a stepping stone. Certain team members are very cliquish. Current Finance leader is very poor at communicating results and relevant data. Corporate Operations consumes plant leadership time with requests that do little to help
There communication skill are lacking
Buying parts to keep a forge shop running. Properly maintain a forge and machine shop. Continuous waste of money on modifications that don't work. Don't know what these people are thinking or if they are capable of thinking. Place has continually gotten worse
Better pay or an annual bonus. More appreciation to the employees
Like to make a living wage, which means be able to afford middle class lifestyle without working 60 hours a week to make it. Insurance premiums are too high, and retirement plan needs to keep up with inflation
Salaries are atleast 20% lower than smilar companies
Have many confusions from management on site
Work as a team. Don't act like a child
We need to be open to criticism
They need to focus on the core business and spend time and effort on doing things that will affect their results. Way too much time spent on meetings and meeting prep that does not serve the plant's best needs. A lot of wasted time and effort to satisfy Corporate requests that don't help the plant
Superiors should use common sense and discuss issues that have meaning. That will add value to the company and work ethic.
Higher pay and competitive benefits and competent leaders
Management need to be care and interact with employee not spending time with just among the directors
Uppwr manegment supervisors on 1st shift
Change the culture of the workplace.
Supply chain issues affect production greatly, and that is has not not been figured out (and probably out of their control) Operations is "wishy washy" and has trouble sticking to a game plan, and game plans aren't well developed. HR is a joke. Finance was good , declined lately. Tech is good.
Investment in maintaining and managing
Need to change management and supervisors attitude or just changing one complete and get a new team and they're all associates on the floor agree they work hard while being pushed to the limit by management and favoritism within the management CMC supervisors Inbound Supervisor all 1st shift
Need real customer focus not prioritizing regional boss / board member more than the real customer
