They are very amazing people

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Once every end of year, there is Christmas giveaway
Base salary is competitive. There is a bonus for managers but not salaried staff. Very good rates & coverage for heallth insurance. PTO is standard. 401k match is good. Overall a good comp package but not the top in the area. Hourly staff are just now getting up to area standards.
The employee assistance program is very good.
Money and bonuses snd vacation
Double time pay on Sundays!

Caution for safety, communication, hard work ethic, dependability.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The buildings were work in
the camaraderie amongst the employees on the floor and being off for 3 days.
The friendly nature in the company makes work so beautiful and lovely
