Leadership. Take some responsibility for your own decisions when they don't work out. Taking 2+ years for a development project that was promised in 6 months? Seriously?

Better benefits as they provide a bare minimum for anyone supporting a family
Look at the churn and conduct exit interviews, I think you will get a more balanced view
The benefits are very weak and do not make sense if you have a family.

you can tell a lot about company "culture" when management is under pressure. there is little to no adherence to stated values
It's time for some people near the top to go. Right people in the wrong seat.
Hire and actual HR person to conduct it?
Listen to customers and provide timely responses. So many pissed off customers and prospective customers talk to them
Management knows, but won't make short term sacrifices to achieve long term success
The hard answer to this is that leadership needs to change for it to be improved. Customers constantly have complaints about our software from limitations to even the way it looks. Our sales team seems like they are struggling but that is another revolving door group.
