They are superficially friendly much of the time.
Great chemistry. Transparency. Willingness to roll their sleeves up to get stuff done.
They care about our people and our customers. There's a focus on helping our team be better every day, while encouraging everyone to be the best version of themselves. They want to ensure our culture remains amazing with every new hire and decision.
They live our core values, especially putting people and customers first. I also love their transparency and how their doors are always open for questions (even pointed ones).
They have the best interests of the company, customers and employee in mind when making decisions.
One thing that is unique is that the company chips in some money each month if we elect to get supplemental insurance (like cancer insurance or accidental insurance). That's pretty cool.
It's similar to a salary in other industries and fields.
The flexibility is pretty great.
The people I get to work with every day are amazing, but we all notice how fast people come and go from the organization. If no one works and it is everyone else's fault then at some point you have to look inward.
Traction process keeps meetings on task without structure for the sake of structure.
The team was hired because they had something special to offer the company and culture. This makes them the best collaborators I could've asked for.
I'm proud to work alongside my team everyday. They constantly push each other to explore, learn and grow every day. The laughter is great as well.
The office has a fun environment when everyone is in the office. However, there have been some real sharp changes over the past year with as much as 6 people being let go at the same time. Some of those people were big pieces of the culture.
We put people first in everything we do. We are quirky, fun, and friendly.
Tigerpaw actually believes in its core values and hugely emphasizes our company culture. We are very protective of our positive, encouraging, energizing culture, so we spend the appropriate amount of time to find the right people to join our team. We care about each other and celebrate our joys.
Culture is a central piece of the company's values. Everyone is hired because they fit our culture and have something to offer.
It feels like family and anyone would be willing to help you out, whether they are in your department or not.
it was straight forward, but make sure you get answers to ALL of your questions. You can tell when they squirm and evade tough questions
The interview process was nice to get to know the team, and the picture that was painted in terms of the culture. Unfortunately, it was VERY different in the day to day.
We put equal weight on culture fit and skills fit.
I really liked the assessments and how challenging they were. I also was impressed that I was interviewed by committee with some folks from different departments. That makes so much sense when we all work so closely together, and it was nice to get different perspectives and questions.
We spend time making sure candidates have the necessary skills for their role and the desire and disposition to learn and improve. Then we spend just much, if not more, time focused on culture fit and core values to make sure they would be a positive addition to our company culture.
Interacting with my coworkers. Tackling problems in a fun and nimble way.
The people. I have never worked somewhere with such a wide and varied mix of people that are all focused on lifting each other up. Everyone has your back. If you need help you have a ton of people eager to help you succeed. Our people are amazing and we live our company culture and core values.
My co-workers and how much they appreciate me and vice versa. They're all awesome people and kick-ass at their jobs. And everyone is willing to chip in to accomplish our personal, department and/or company goals.
The wonderful people and the dogs that visit.
We have dogs in the office, free snacks and an amazing rec center to help balance out the day. The people are pretty great too.
