Overworked, under paid... have to harass customers 3x's every transaction about getting the credit card. Management does not communicate anything... everyone is quiting, but they get left on payroll so turnover doesnt look as bad

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More compensation. Key holders should be paid way more and cecs should be paid way more even more than floor coordinators with everythjng they have to deal with every day
