I was a RN for over 40 years. I loved that so much that i felt my bonus was getting paid. I never thought that same feeling could be duplicated again. I was so wrong. Thank you TJX for making me excited to come to work again. It is a credit to the Management team in supplying a great work place.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How they treat everyone with respect and interest. We are included in all information at work and we are asked how would we improve the present wirk environment. Our suggestions are considered and used when applicable. Our Mansgement is very flexible to accomodate what is our strongest asset.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The work ethic of doing sll you can plus because of our great Management team. The diversity of all employees and the acceptance of co workers as individual people. You want the store to be stocked, look great and clean. Everyone can fall into any position needed because we are trained.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The exchange of policies and ideas. I must say thise CD's we have to watch are s bit boring. Would be better if someone would come in from Management or an Associate take over at least one portion to break the monotomy. I also suggest having certain people train you on floor to be sure it is done
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Acceptance and respect no matter what age you are. It is refreshing to have co workers ask me if i need help and mean it. It is a sentiment equally returned. We share our ethniticity with everyone and we do get great recipes to try!! Home Goods @ MaysLanding is really TJX's best kept secret!!
