If everyone works as a team and stop standing around chatting we can get the work done
Everything is wrong starting with the pay rate and managers picking out specific people to Discipline instead of everyone being fair at all times.
The managers should take what the employees are saying into consideration beings that we are the ones working in specific areas to know whats the problems and solutions.
My pay rate started at $9.00 per hour and new employees pay rate starts at $11.00 per hour but instead of us getting the $2.00 that were owed they paid us .60 cents amd we work entirely too hard and we're pulling the weight of the new employees as well so why is the pay basically the same thing?
