On a corporate level working for tjx is awesome. CEO is the best and really cares about the associates.At a store level associates could be appreciated more ,after all they do all the work and get none of the credit. Its sad.

Most of the team takes their job seriously and are team players
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It depends on what you mean by leadership. Keyholders and Coordinators work very hard. Managers take the credit but do nothing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is always room for promotions, and for the most part the team members are like family. They encourage one another
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I was interviewed it was as a person and not just number 3 on your application. In other words I was treated with respect
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I set goals for myself and encourage others to do the same. I already had 2 promotions. Knowing the associates look up to me and see me as a go to person makes me happy.
