Under paid understaffed and over worked. Even though they raised the pay in the store our turnover is high. And the existing emplyees did not see more that 20 cent pay raise when rate was incresed. They claim to care about emplees but Corporate does not atleast on store level.

Most coworkers are great and we lean on eachother and vent to get through the bad days.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Give great emplyees decent raises which reflecs the time and effort they put into job! Management should fight for fair raises for those emplyees. If they do the turnover would not be extremely high. start to care about your emplyees for real!
