In the store I work, the team is excellent; dedicated, responsible, hardworking, a team player, trustworthy and caring.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive is that we respect each other, we are like a family, we go above and beyond for each other, especially in times of emergencies. We might bicker at times with each other, but if one of us have a personal problem; sickness or death in the family most of us rally around that person.
