Manager is disrespectful to her employees and sometimes offensive to the clients. The employees are unhappy and outraged at the treatmemt of special Latinos, older employees, and anyone who doesn't meet her expectations.

There is no Leadership. It is an unhealthy place to work. All the employees continually feel harassed, talked down to, and mistreated.
