We are all close, and come from relitively similar backgrounds.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Again, we need to have a new store manager as she is manipulative which creates a toxic work environment. Sierra #48
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our store manager is manipulative and makes lies about current and past employees. I feel the leadership would be much better with a new store mananger. I work at sierra trading post #48.
