What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a buyer a company car was provided. The annual bonus was excellent and the medical insurance offered was excellent.
What makes you most happy at work?
I loved my buying office and enjoyed mentoring and coaching new associates. I got to see the world while working at TJX!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager cares about her team members and is nurturing and knowledgeable. She is trusting and and encourages outside of the box thinking.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company truly cares about people. They are the first to come to the aid of a location that has suffered from a catastrophe, and always provides aid to our associates when needed. The company has integrity and leads by example. The work space environment is pristine and comfortable.
