Fast paces, lots of sells, back to back carryouts, managers/coordinators calling your name non-stop, lovely customers, not many workers on some days when its extremely busy, selfish workers at times, not many hours either.
What makes you most happy at work?
getting paid since I have to work my buttocks off trying to get some money

I liked how they kept short and concise as well as not getting too personal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always cheerful and making sure I'm in an okay mood. We all try to work together which is awesome.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is the customers who are extremely patient and keep my day going by asking questions and understanding that I'm busy as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is the number one thing that needs to be fixed... it needs to be at least $15/hour since I've been working my buttocks off and I play a role as a team leader even though I"m not a coordinator. I hate getting paid $10, it doesn't even help me with gas, school, and food....
