It was easy and fun at first and then I got fired due to a company mistake. I would not return to another TJX company.

It was fast and simple.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All the coworkers were friendly but if you did not speak Spanish nobody would really talk to you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The staff seemed to work as one unit and there were many opportunities to make some extra money.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The staff is very Spanish exclusive like I said before if you didn't speak Spanish then nobody talked to you. The management team as well was very unprofessional and disorganized.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I worked at the Marshall's in Lake Elsinore and they were VERY disorganized. I was pregnant at the time and gave them my due dates and days that I requested off at the same time and the manager wrote it on a sticky note. They got the dates confused and I was fired due to their mistake.
