The health benefits are good.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There needs to be more transparency. Allow people to prove themselves and stop taking credit for something someone else did.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think sometimes people are not held accountable for their actions. Things can be swept under the rug simply because they are at a certain level of seniority.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The diversity is lacking. I would like to see more POC hired and retained at the company. I think there is a lot of work to be done about this.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There needs to be less favoritism. Recognition for people who are doing more work and not getting the credit they deserve. This makes them feel overworked and under-appreciated. Less fear about saying the correct corporate thing and coming out with the truth.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company culture doesn’t allow for a heathy work life balance. Many people are stressed a lot of the time. The saying goes “you got to do the work before you get the promotion” vs seeing the potential in the people you already have.
