They are okay they to me

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Working on at the front, cashier, customer service. Away from the backroom.

The person doing the interview is calm and saying a lot of benefits and opportunities the company offers

Interaction with the customer. Keeps my mind busy forgetting about the treatment I’m receiving from a new backroom coordinato

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They have to stop acting like a middle school girls. They need to learn how to respect and accept everyone no matter what their age, gender, culture and color.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lots of work needs to get done and full time benefits will get effective after a year. $10 is not enough for the work I’m doing plus getting emotionally and psychologically abused by a new backroom coordinator is not enoug
