What is the best part about your compensation package?

It is good for countries outside USA

the many,the, ability and respect

Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, tech reimbursement, 35 PTO days per calendar year, and a lot of other things!

Promotion salary increase better social benefits

I had discussions with other companies that offered me higher salaries for similar types of jobs

They need to give equity, work-from-home perks, bonuses, annual raises, and a matching 401k option. The benefits and pay are awful.
