What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is good for countries outside USA
the many,the, ability and respect
Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, tech reimbursement, 35 PTO days per calendar year, and a lot of other things!
The compensation itself is the best part.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotion salary increase better social benefits
I had discussions with other companies that offered me higher salaries for similar types of jobs
They need to give equity, work-from-home perks, bonuses, annual raises, and a matching 401k option. The benefits and pay are awful.
I do not feel undervalued.
Salary is row and there are not any compensations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good people relationships sense of humour
Everyone is very cooperative in my team.
Love of cooperation and unselfishness
They do not single anyone out, no matter the race/complexion/ethnicity.

What I liked most about the interview process was nothing.
It was good and constructive
I love getting to know people and getting into their hearts and minds
The culture interview showed that Toptal doesn't just hire someone because of their professional background. They give importance to the candidate's values, insights, and views.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Provide your employees, those that trust you, with TRUE visibility into the performance of the company and what they should expect. Consistently letting go of their teammates with no warnings promotes a culture of fear.
