My experience at the company has been extremely positive. I think there are some definite opportunities. I'm not seeing a lot of diversity in the leadership and thus the diversity overall is lacking but other than that my overall experience has been top notch. TQL is really a great place to work!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at TQL is very verbal about motivation, driving success and great individual outputs! It's is also good about listening to concerns and providing ways to give feedback
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that I'm being underpaid in comparison to my male counterparts and other organizations pay anywhere from 5-10 thousand more a year for the role I'm currently in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teams at TQL are very collaborative. Very effective groups who aren't afraid to allow in healthy disagreement to come up with the best solutions for the problems placed before them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TQL is a fun place to work. It has a very work hard/play hard mentality. Make it just a really enjoyable place to work but also drives you to want to work really hard to succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm given opportunities to expand my expertise, use my creative thinking abilities not just to solve the problems directly at hand but to provide insights on bigger picture issues. I also don't feel like my work is useless or ignored.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked interviewing with several different levels of expertise within the organization and having several opportunities to interview with them. It gave me an opportunity to see the culture of the business before I ever joined. I'm glad to say that what I liked at a glance is what I enjoy about TQL.
