What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to shadow someone in my role and see what I would be doing
I was able to meet with a number of people to really get a good feel for the company. I felt that I had what I needed to make an informed decision.
I enjoyed how personal the interview manager was as well allowed me to ask as many questions I wanted as well.
They did not underestimate the job and say it was easy and a cake walk
We really didn't talk about the industry, they just wanted to get to know me as an individual
in person compared to most other places because of covid
I liked interviewing with several different levels of expertise within the organization and having several opportunities to interview with them. It gave me an opportunity to see the culture of the business before I ever joined. I'm glad to say that what I liked at a glance is what I enjoy about TQL.
