Met a variety of people.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Defining a strategy and bottom up initiative development and execution

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Actual goals and a performance management system,. Goals are meaningless at the company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is too much work trying to be put through the funnel and huge turnover. Everyone is burnt out.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Health insurance is terrible - high deductible and huge co-pays. Bonuses never pay at 100%, even when company is doing great.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There is no process for planning work delivery. Everyone throws darts at aboard to figure out what work can get done when.
