The culture is good it is management that needs a lot of repair.
Hanging out with them outside of work
Been at the same facility in Thomasville for over 24 years, and I have to leave. I'M ONLY making a little over 21 dollars a hour and did not get a raise because they said i am toped out. I have experience in everything in converting. I can setup, run,and troubleshoot. Leaving for 26 dollars
Good people, pay is decent, work is generally not stressfu (altho upper management can be). Weekly production cycle so some days are much busier than others, and it's overall veryrepetitive and boring., with almost no opportunities for growth or upskilling. Would not recommend for long term work.
