Transcontinental – Good people, pay is decent, work is generally not stressfu (altho upper management can be). Weekly production cycle so some days are much busier than others, and it's overall veryrepetitive and boring., with almost no opportunities for growth or upskilling. Would not recommend for long term work. | Comparably

What makes you most happy at work?

Mainly having a full-time atable position, and feeling appreciated, valued and respected by my peers and managers.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are generally supportive and motivating (even if the work is not) and not overbearing so long as the work gets done.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was just one thorough interview with the production manager, then a few weeks to wait before being offered the position. Very straightforward. No multiple interviews, or tests, or time wasting.
