They are generally supportive and motivating (even if the work is not) and not overbearing so long as the work gets done.

As far as co-workers , many of us have a good work ethic and are helpful to each other the rest of them are just do what you have to to get by and call in a lot . Those are the only ones management want to promote in hopes of getting anther with a better work ethic it seams to be.

As far as coworkers some knows what they are doing and willing to help others.

The people seem to card about one another
It was just one thorough interview with the production manager, then a few weeks to wait before being offered the position. Very straightforward. No multiple interviews, or tests, or time wasting.
It was pretty easy and friendly
Mainly having a full-time atable position, and feeling appreciated, valued and respected by my peers and managers.
Working from home is nice
