
Interview process is thorough and efficient
Happy employees provide quality customer service and work. Start at the root of the problem.
Your opinion doesn’t matter. They will hold meetings and discussions with upper management pretending to care about your opinion but will never implement any of your concern
They should actually listen to their employees feedback and implement their concerns. If they can do this they will be able to retain their staff. They need to pay them fairly, have more realistic QM expectations and provide adequate on the job training for new employees
Merit increases should be honest and fair. They have a 30k pay range for each position but will only give at most a 2% pay increase if you get a pay increase which is very rate. They undervalue current employees but will scout new talent and pay yhem more than their loyal employees.
