Our team wants to do well and works hard to overcome all obstacles.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Very capable above average leaders that are limited due to the entire claims reporting heirarcy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Merit increases are not in line with cost of living increases. Incentive based profit sharing instead of subjective bonuses (or lack thereof) would be more equitable compensation for all managers across all lines of business.
