What is the best part about your compensation package?

Benefits are expensive but acceptable.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The opportunity to meet a variety of people working at various levels.

What makes you most happy at work?

Working from home, where I am more productive and better able to control how my day progresses.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Flexibility and hearing employees. You cannot celebrate the company's significant success while employees worked remotely during the pandemic, then order everyone back to the office for three days a week. That isn't an inclusive culture that takes everyone into consideration.
