So far the company has been great. I've only been with Travelers for 4 months. I do find that the office structure is a little out dated, but they are moving towards an agile work space in the next 12 months.

The leadership team at Travelers constantly pushes to be an industry leader.

I enjoy speaking with agents and knowing their clients are protected adequately.

The interview process was QUICK. I had 4 interviews in a matter of two weeks.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO is comparable and/or better to other companies I have worked for in the past.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company leaders have listened and allowed employees to work at home twice a week, which is amazing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a group of very brilliant individuals .There's never a time I feel as if I cannot get my job done due to lack of help or knowledge.
