What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Growing as a company is fun to watch and experiencing it with my coworkers and friends makes it even better.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone that I met was so interesting and fun to talk to, and they did a great job of letting me know the role that I would play in their plan!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the $50 a month health reimbursement!! I am a very active person so I love that Tray looks out for our health and encourages us to use it to help better ourselves
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's filled with the best people imaginable. Everyone is so friendly, supportive, and really good at what they do. It makes coming to work more enjoyable and helps me succeed at what I do
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do everything they can to keep everyone in the loop of decisions they have made, why they made those decisions, and how each thing they do impacts the company and the employees. They are always looking out for us and our interests, and it makes everyone here want to do everything we can to help
